- It messed up my emails sent through the system.
- Email formatting is terrible.
- Customer support does not exist.

Feature that does not mess up emails sent through the system!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Easier management of deals and leads, but it cannot be used because it has no customer support whatsoever even after sending them the information that my emails got messed up.

We didn't change it - we use the other systems for different entities under one umbrella company.

Are you satisfied with the change?

Not at all. Neither of the systems we used before have ever messed up emails we were sending using these systems. Livespace is the first one ever and also the first one who completely ignored our reports of the problems.
