An IT infrastructure monitoring software that works!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform works really well when it comes to monitoring several different environments. In terms of features, I like the ability to create and customize dashboards because we are able to visualize our systems better. I also like the role-based access control as it makes the process of delegating permissions more effective. The support as well as training that they offer is also very helpful. I've enrolled in their LMCP (LogicMonitor Certified Professional) and successfully passed the exam so I am now a qualified LM expert.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is generally awesome. But getting started can get a bit overwhelming. It may take novices some time to do particular tasks such as entering usernames and passwords. Aside from that, the reports may need a little improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are an MSP that monitors various customer environments and this platform has helped us be more proactive. We use it across various systems such as Windows Server 2016. VMWare, and Linux distribution like Suse and Ubunto. It has allowed us to monitor everything in our environments such as routers, firewalls, network switches, websites, and applications.
