The platform is very user-friendly and gives our team a lot of insight into our infrastructure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's an additional hidden cost for integrating the platform to Microsoft365. It would be nice if the integration will be free.

We can gain incredible insight into our operation. Also, the massive amount of information it provides has allowed us to determine potential issues and troubleshoot even the most complex problems.
