What are the best aspects of this product?

I can view all our assets in one platform, regardless of their location or network. It's a great reference, enabling me and my team to find whatever we are trying to determine. It's also a great tool for a bit more complex processes such as reviewing the health of the network. What's more, this software notifies us whenever something goes down. Overall, LogicMonitor is exactly what our team needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. But I'm excited to see what this software has to offer in the future. I'm looking forward to more incredible features such as config restorations and config changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us keep our assets organized and troubleshoot network latency issues. We are also able to generate high-level reporting for SLAs.
