Great integration support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve worked with LogicMonitor software for two years and I can say it’s an amazing monitoring platform. It can discover devices automatically, configure various levels of alert, and grab important data sources. We have also created our very own data sources and we were able to smoothly integrate them into other metrics that do not necessarily involve the IT aspect of our business, which is neat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some devices that we need monitoring are not completely supported by LogicMonitor. Good thing we were able to turn things around with the help of their responsive support team which provided us with the necessary update to work things out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use LogicMonitor mainly for IT monitoring, gathering business data, gaining insights for our network traffic, creating technical metric logs, sending alerts for anything that needs attention, and monitoring cloud data metrics.
