Great tool for monitoring the network of both small and large businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s a very powerful tool in many aspects. For instance, you can use the scripting feature to check any important information using any of your devices. Monitoring can also be done without requiring the attention of any agent and regardless of the geographical disparity of devices thanks to its global range. We also never miss important notifications and alerts because of the software’s SMS and email messaging features. Moreover, the UI is rich and intuitive plus it’s a cloud-based solution so it's very accessible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The advanced features may require a certain level of expertise since it’s not as intuitive than other features. I also dislike that I can’t quickly execute actions or directly access the system whenever I’m trying to apply instant fixes or do some minor tweaks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The system’s detailed alerting feature is very helpful to us because it allows us to catch important issues that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Furthermore, because the alerts are detailed enough, we were soon able to see the pattern of the issues occurring in our monitored devices. As a result, we were able to fix them before they become something major and we were also able to bring down the number of alerts on the system.
