What are the best aspects of this product?

The software's dashboard shows an overview of critical metrics, hence we are able to easily detect the root cause of problems. Also, the dashboard can be easily customized. Managing assets is also a breeze. Lastly, no need to make an effort to maintain the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Additional fees. This happens when the number of devices that are added to the software is more than what is included in the purchased plan. Additional invoices become a pain in the head since our company makes a yearly spending forecast so extra payments are unfeasible. It would be nice if LogicMonitor offers the ability to block the addition of any device when we already reach the cap.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us solve any IT infrastructure issues. Detecting the root cause of problems has become easier and faster since we can view all components of our IT infrastructure in a single location.
