Stable performance and easy to configure

What are the best aspects of this product?

LogicMonitor is consistent in providing us with a great user experience which is impressive in our use case because we are an IaaS provider that distributes services across various data centers that are geographically distant from each other. It’s also easy to customize especially since it allows seamless integration with the other tools we use and it has excellent API support too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features, like the tokens in widget names, aren’t implemented on a system-wide scale and thus, are quite limited in use. Also, we seem to hit the maximum number of widget instances too often which might be understandable because of the technicality of the process be hopefully, we will have some sort of control over the tradeoffs between widget and dashboard performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With LogicMonitor, we were able to instantly deploy both customer and internal dashboards. We were also able to quickly view important information regarding multiple datapoints across the time which is a big help in troubleshooting.
