What are the best aspects of this product?

The auto-acknowledgment feature is very useful because it automatically provides closure to incidents when the set value is met. Also, LogicMonitor’s interface is intuitive enough that we can easily generate relevant graphs for computing metrics and generate the reports we need without having to be familiar with traditional monitoring tools first. There’s a data polling tool as well which notifies the system admin when there are incidents that need an immediate solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s nothing much to complain about LogicMonitor. Although some improvement in the description and data sources wouldn’t be amiss.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Incident generation, tracking, duplication, fine-tuning, and automatic closure.
