What are the best aspects of this product?
The flexibility of this monitoring tool is amazing. Once you managed to get a grasp of building a platform, you can pretty much tweak the system however you need so that you can create even the most complex monitoring scheme for your devices. The same goes for displaying metrics, graphs, and other data. I also like that I can make my very own data sources to keep tabs on the devices I need to look out for. The support feature is also big on this software. It has a built-in knowledgebase, an active community, and direct contact with support agents. This means that issues both big and small can easily be solved either by looking through the guides, asking help from the community, or directly contacting an agent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool is comprehensive to a fault that users might have a hard time learning the ropes. It will take some time before they can fully understand the process of setting up and maintaining infrastructures. Also, LM-built data sources aren’t receiving the best support right now.
