What are the best aspects of this product?

For us, the simplicity, flexibility, and quick deployment of LogicMonitor are the best features. All codes are open source and there’s a great deal of customization waiting for us to tinker so that the system will always behave the way we want it to. We don’t consider ourselves particularly skilled when it comes to coding but still, our little knowledge scripting knowledge allowed us to conceptualize features when we need them to. Furthermore, the system’s cloud hybrid deployment is amazing and the simple licensing scheme that does not include a convoluted module-based approach is on point.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike here but instead, a few improvement suggestions particularly on the alert correlation and reporting modules.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With LogicMonitor, we can cover every Day-to-Day FCAP process which allows us to proactively identify problems and automatically alert the group in charge, greatly reducing the time to act.
