What are the best aspects of this product?

LogicMonitor is very easy to deploy that it will be up and running shortly after you buy it. That’s also partly because of the good support that the vendor is giving. One of the best parts of the software for me, however, is the mobile app which may not be as powerful as its desktop counterpart but is pretty impressive in terms of what it can display. It’s also very customizable and allows us to monitor the network through less conventional means like WMI and SNMP. Furthermore, its extensible schema makes data enrichment possible. Its integration support and wide range of other functionalities are great as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The GUI while quite powerful, is pretty average. With that said though, LogicMonitor’s user interface is still easier to navigate than other similar tools we’ve tried before. But if I could add more features to the software, it would be more analytical function and log collection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the program for managing different types of client environments. It offers a variety of escalation choices and paths as well as a wide range of notification features, making it a pretty powerful network monitoring tool.
