Lokalise is an app localization and translation platform designed for the use of project managers with integrated tools for developers and other stakeholders. It enables you to automate the translation and localization workflow of your web and mobile applications, games, and software.

PROS: I like a lot of things about this tool. First off, the customer support team is always there to help out even on a weekend, and that is something that is important to us. The translator panel is also convenient and easy to use. They have bitbucket integration, as well as localization updates for OTA and SDK.

CONS: Some things that I think they can improve on include the tags since they can be inconvenient and not as user-friendly as they should be. SDK support can end up being a bit pricey for those with limited budgets, and branches don't always get support.

PROS: There are so many things that I like about this tool. First and foremost, the interface is so easy to use. The tool also makes organizing things easy thanks to the tags and filters that are provided. I also really appreciate how the in-line editor syncs in both directions. Another thing that I like is the ability to add screenshots since it has saved me a lot of time and has also made it easy to provide context. This tool also gets constant improvements and developments on top of delivering on what it promises, so I have only liked it more and more as time has passed. Last but not the last, the customer support is excellent and has always given me answers to a lot of my issues and questions as quickly as possible.

CONS: One area where I think they can improve is in cost tracking and contributor stats. Those are a couple of metrics that I keep track of because external translators are who I work with most of the time. To be fair, I've been told by customer support that those features are coming, so this complaint will probably not be valid in future versions of this software. I believe once those are implemented, this product will be top-notch.

PROS: I think the best thing about this tool is the number of projects you can take part in with a lot of collaborators. Dozens of people can work on different projects, and this tool makes it easy to manage all of those people. Having this tool integrated with our CI deployment processes has also made things easier since strings are generated for each product as needed.

CONS: I think the user interface could be more aesthetically pleasing, but otherwise, I don't really have anything to complain about.

PROS: The thing that I love the most about this platform is the multiple integrations that they offer, which are really invaluable if you're a startup or an organization that like to be constantly improving. Aside from integrations with Github, S3, and webhooks, they also have a number of other advanced features that I like. Furthermore, the customer support team is quick with their responses and the guidelines they provide are clear and easy to follow.

CONS: To be honest, this has been outstanding and I can't think of anything for me to complain about.

PROS: I appreciate how much of my time has been saved thanks to the fact that this tool allows for direct integrations, so I no longer have to manually update content. I also like that the task system in place allows for translators to not just be connected but to also have a clear idea of their roles, whether it is to adapt to changes in source, re-translation, translations, or review. The TMS features are all easy to use and modern, and all content and file types can be easily found thanks to the single central hub.

CONS: The user interface can be made more user-friendly since it may take a few weeks before you get the hang of it. Source string change management could also be improved. That said, I am also aware that there are updates constantly being released to address this and that the people behind this tool have always been open to suggestions and requests.

PROS: The best thing about this tool for me is how helpful and kind the customer support team is. They are always quick when it comes to providing solutions to the problems that we encounter, and I really like talking to them. There are also a number of features that I appreciate, such as an aesthetically-pleasing document, multiple integrations with source control, a nice Command Line Interface, as well as the ability to include photo screenshots.

CONS: One area where they can improve is by providing a feature that lets me delete several keys or even delete all keys. At present, if I want to get rid of a number of keys I have to do it one by one. It takes up a lot of time and I hope they can add this feature in future versions.

PROS: Since our team has integrated this to our existing web app, we've really been impressed with how easily this tool connects to the repository, acquires the most recent keys added by developers, and even pushes changes back to the repository with ease. This has made it easier to review translation workflows and is really something developers love using. I also appreciate the tools and integrations included for the different team members. Another thing I appreciate is how there are a number of views for editing, as well as how it provides us with translation suggestions from other software. There is also support for placeholders. I also want to commend on the friendly and intuitive design, which makes it easy to understand even if users don't read the documentation.

CONS: Honestly, there isn't anything about this tool that I would consider an issue or something that I dislike.

PROS: Our translators find this software's user interface very user-friendly. They really like how it is easier to get the context since photos and other supporting media can be attached. I am also amazed by the over the air text updates since changing bits of text no longer requires us to have to send Apple new app versions to review.

CONS: I would suggest that those looking to use this to keep track of their MAU since we encountered problems with usage limits monitoring.

PROS: The most outstanding thing about this platform is its customer support team. I appreciate how helpful they are and how quick they are to respond. I think that's a big reason why this is such a great translation management platform. Since problems will always be encountered, having a fast-acting customer support team makes handling those problems easier.

CONS: Quite frankly, nothing comes to mind at the moment. Earlier on, our old placeholder format had some compatibility problems with Ruby on Rails, but I've been told that the team behind this platform is already working to resolve that.

PROS: I've seen this tool change over time and I can say that it has only gotten better. There is now a screenshot management feature, and I find that to be very helpful. I also appreciate how their customer support team has been so quick when it comes to handling user queries. They also take our suggestions and feedback to account, and I believe have even implemented some of them.

CONS: We had an issue with working with external contributors, but the customer support team taught us about the built-in task feature that helped us resolve that. However, we do have an issue with the lack of content versioning which still hasn't been addressed. I hope that future versions of this tool will have a solution for that.

PROS: A feature that I found to be incredibly helpful is the suggestion feature, since I can just click on the suggestion. I also like how they have added the option to translate to multiple languages at the same time, since a lot of translators are fluent in two or more languages.

CONS: I don't have anything I dislike about this. I think that the user interface is very user-friendly and sleek.

PROS: I really appreciate how this has helped eliminate typos and other issues that may come with localization. I appreciate how this has made our workflow move along at a smoother pace, and how the customer support team is always at the ready to provide solutions to any of the problems that we encounter.

CONS: The customer support team can help you out with this, but be mindful of the amount of Android MAUs you get as you grow since you may be surprised at the cost once they are counted.

PROS: I like this translation tool because our translation process has been improved a lot by its features. One particular feature is how screenshots can be attached automatically from the application to the correct key. This improvement in the process has also ended up a huge time save for our developement and marketing departments. Another thing about this that I like is how their customer support team is always there to provide answers, sending us video instructions and documents that help us overcome any hurdles we encounter. One specific example I can think of is when we had trouble paying via bank transfer. They were able to resolve this very quickly for us, so now paying via bank transfer can be done easily on our end.

CONS: I think this could be more intuitive and user-friendly, since beginners will have to spend a lot of time before fully grasping its many features. That said, the customer support team are always there to help you speed up the process.
