What are the best aspects of this product?
I like this translation tool because our translation process has been improved a lot by its features. One particular feature is how screenshots can be attached automatically from the application to the correct key. This improvement in the process has also ended up a huge time save for our developement and marketing departments. Another thing about this that I like is how their customer support team is always there to provide answers, sending us video instructions and documents that help us overcome any hurdles we encounter. One specific example I can think of is when we had trouble paying via bank transfer. They were able to resolve this very quickly for us, so now paying via bank transfer can be done easily on our end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think this could be more intuitive and user-friendly, since beginners will have to spend a lot of time before fully grasping its many features. That said, the customer support team are always there to help you speed up the process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has helped us come up with a proper QA process and given us a lot more control over our translations and texts. There always seems to be new features and we are constantly amazed by them and exploring how to use them. It is also easy to have other departments use this as well since the customer support team makes it easy for them to grasp how to use this tool.
