PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've seen this tool change over time and I can say that it has only gotten better. There is now a screenshot management feature, and I find that to be very helpful. I also appreciate how their customer support team has been so quick when it comes to handling user queries. They also take our suggestions and feedback to account, and I believe have even implemented some of them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had an issue with working with external contributors, but the customer support team taught us about the built-in task feature that helped us resolve that. However, we do have an issue with the lack of content versioning which still hasn't been addressed. I hope that future versions of this tool will have a solution for that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been incredibly helpful in localizing the product of our client. We have two languages at the moment and we are looking to adding a couple more
