What are the best aspects of this product?

I like a lot of things about this tool. First off, the customer support team is always there to help out even on a weekend, and that is something that is important to us. The translator panel is also convenient and easy to use. They have bitbucket integration, as well as localization updates for OTA and SDK.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some things that I think they can improve on include the tags since they can be inconvenient and not as user-friendly as they should be. SDK support can end up being a bit pricey for those with limited budgets, and branches don't always get support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has streamlined and made our process for localization much more organized. Another thing that we definitely appreciate is how translated texts are imported automatically.
