What are the best aspects of this product?
The most outstanding thing about this platform is its customer support team. I appreciate how helpful they are and how quick they are to respond. I think that's a big reason why this is such a great translation management platform. Since problems will always be encountered, having a fast-acting customer support team makes handling those problems easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Quite frankly, nothing comes to mind at the moment. Earlier on, our old placeholder format had some compatibility problems with Ruby on Rails, but I've been told that the team behind this platform is already working to resolve that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has been instrumental in making our translations of better quality. Our translation workflow has also been streamlined thanks to this.
