What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this tool for me is how helpful and kind the customer support team is. They are always quick when it comes to providing solutions to the problems that we encounter, and I really like talking to them. There are also a number of features that I appreciate, such as an aesthetically-pleasing document, multiple integrations with source control, a nice Command Line Interface, as well as the ability to include photo screenshots.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area where they can improve is by providing a feature that lets me delete several keys or even delete all keys. At present, if I want to get rid of a number of keys I have to do it one by one. It takes up a lot of time and I hope they can add this feature in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our translation process has been improved by our use of this tool. Compared to Google Sheets, which was what we had been using, this tool is effective and can hold everything that we need to translate, making our overall process much more effective and efficient.
