What are the best aspects of this product?

The features that they have are user-friendly, such as translation memory, Github sync, and team management. A specific set of features that I liked were the ones for administration. I enjoyed using shared glossaries, 2FA, and groups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that improvements can be made with the translations that come from this tool's providers. They aren't always up to our standard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to launch a fully localized product because of how fast the turnaround time is. This has also allowed us to have reviews and translations come from within our organization, as well as from outside suppliers. Paying for translations is also much easier thanks to this tool.
