What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that Looker consistently tries to challenge to go further into data. It's very simple to use. I felt like this is an awesome tool for doing data analytics. If you use it intelligently, it can be a help boost your business as well your performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate how it doesn't offer me a lot of variables. You'll need to make a request just so you can get the ones you need and get things done. I feel like each user deserves to implement whatever variable is needed to accomplish things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently doing a lot of data analysis. The tool helped me immensely as it made me do better at my job. I came to a realization that Looker is a tool where you can explore and learn many things. You do that by going through mistakes and doing what's right.
