A viable option for expanding businesses and startups

What are the best aspects of this product?

Development is quite easy with LookML. It may require some learning at first but once you get the hang of it, everything else is a breeze. The support is excellent as evidenced by their quick email response. We love that it has on-premise options and offers monthly release cadence. The developers are responsive and friendly too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The visuals are lackluster compared to Tableau. I also don't like that the parameters are not well implemented. It has poor caching which means the system becomes slow and laggy because the vast majority of queries hit the database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker has a positive impact on our team, with them becoming self-sufficient in terms of data, reporting and amalytics.
