What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how their support works. Turns out, Looker has chat support that works 24/7. This saved me a lot of occassions. It's one of the biggest reasons why I highly recommend this software to everyone. I like how flexible this software is. I like how this tool can be utilized for the executive dashboard and operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to hate. This tool will always have room for improvement. I like how it's organized when in terms of its dashboard/charts. The same goes for its fields that can be used for exploring. Other than that, this tool can really go a long way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Letting each team (for growth, operations, and product) to get an analysis of their own data without needing a data analyst do queries for them. We happen to have a high-level dashboard that our current executive team needs. We can make use of this when doing financial reports on a higher level.
