PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Looker has made things simple in keeping the whole team updated with a majority of our KPIs. The charting tool enabled us to get a visualization of data in so many ways. It lets us set up a dashboard that fills us in on what we need to know right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took us a little longer to get things up and running for both Looker and LookML. It may need an additional one or two members in the team to get acquainted with the learning curve. That would mean getting around the tool and making dashboards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Prior to discovering Looker, only a few members of our team can have access to how our performance went against KPIs. Those people would frequently be bombarded with inquiries on how how the product went. This time, just about anyone can get on Looker and answer questions on their own.
