What are the best aspects of this product?

There was never any friction with Looker. It's actually suitable for anyone regardless of technical background. A user can be up and running, collecting data, and extracting reports from wherever. There were a ton of times when we utilized Looker to validate and reinforce an asusmption of a team member.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's difficult for me to say something bad about this tool. I know that the stuff I'll be experiencing will be as a result of configuration and not completely the fault of the product. With that in mind, I'm very much curious as to how I can gain access to data in real-time and automatically query an update from the dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As of the moment, our main purpose of using this tool is for business intelligence and discovery. By using it in this manner, we were able to unearth research problems, trends, and completely make assumption validations that are starting to take shape.
