What are the best aspects of this product?

It's really easy to use. Their customer support is amazing. It's actually one of those things that stand out most. Being an experienced developer, it's important to have a person to communicate with you right away. That way, you can save both time and patience. For the end user, it does a great job getting data insights.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to hate. Although there are some tiny inconveniences that I experienced along the way. One of them involves browsing documentation between the forums and the platform. Other than that, nothing else really.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker was able to assist us in eradicating the data breadline. It gave users the data they need without having to depend on someone else to give it to them. It allowed us to disseminate data as well as data usage to users. We were able to scatter them at a company level so anyone can gain insights from the data received.
