PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Looker is definitely friendly and easy to use, with all the things your need is right at the tip of your fingers. I love the fact that I do not have to worry about spending too much time and effort getting others acquainted with Looker. It is fairly easy to understand, which means we can be up and running shortly off the bat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did have a few challenges but they were related to the data sources rather than with the platform. We would welcome a feature that allows us to point an API end point to it. A Parse integration would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker is currently being used to track our end-user usage data over time and to monitor internal operational efficiency of tasks.
