What are the best aspects of this product?

Looker gives us unmatched flexibility and capability and it is quick to innovate, always adding new features. The premise of querying your database in real time is what we really love about Looker. This translates to transparency and easily shows us why a query isn't running or why results aren't as expected.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While their support team is fast and responsive, most of the time they stick to documentation when what we need are creative solutions to unique problems. I would also welcome more visibility into the feature road map.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Looker, data has become more accessible for both our data team and business users. We now don't have to rely on senior data analysts to help us analyze our own data.
