What are the best aspects of this product?

Looker is user-friendly and the interface is very comprehensible, allowing me and my team to just run with it and don't spend much tome writing queries all the time. Their customer support team is also responsive and very knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel that their visuals are inadequate and some features are lacking, such as conditional formatting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Every person in our company is able to manipulate and view the data. This capability impacts the way we work on a very positive note. Different teams can access the information they need without any hassle or difficulty.
