Looker Takes Care Of The Hard Work

What are the best aspects of this product?

Looker makes it easy for us to get tons of information out from our app, which contains lots of tables. We don't have to run anything. I love how LookML makes data manipulation and field creation a quick and painless process. It even makes it feel natural than me creating gross giant SQL queries by hand all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Prior to working with Looker, I used to be an Excel-based analyst. With that experience, I can say Looker is a great applicaiton in terms tandardization and working off of a main model. However, I get frustrated when I can't the summary information if I won't build the logic into LookML.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker allows us to view our information without having to get the expertise of data engineers.
