If your business has graduated to Stage 2 in Business Intelligence, then Looker is the tool for you. Data exploration with Looker is very easy and doesn't feature any difficulty. The user interface is near perfect, making dashboarding rather a simple exercise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can say that they need to optimize the space management. I would love a greater restriction to space access.
