What are the best aspects of this product?
So far, it looks like Looker has employed the best employees and technology in the modern era. I came away impressed with their quality support and how they do things quickly. The company does care a lot about its employees and customers. It's obvious they've made a solid investment on both.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sadly, Looker isn't something that you get for free. There's also that need to get acquainted with their new language. The language though is quick to learn and intuitive especially when you know your way around stuff with SQL.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Now, health scores appear to be surfacing to reality. Cohort analysis are beginning to form. A comprehensive analysis is now available for the dataset regardless of size. The internal process is now being streamlined to ensure we can service incoming customeres within a short time period while improving quality.
