What are the best aspects of this product?

As Looker is based on SQL, it is easy for me to develop and model new data sources. This is a huge deal since we are a startup and our application data models change multiple times. Looker makes it easy for our team to become acquainted and adapt with the changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Looker can be a challenging tool to learn. But recent developments and new features has made the application user-friendly.

We now have easy and quick access to data. We are also capable of centralizing our information as wel as manipulate data and more.
