What are the best aspects of this product?
Looker provides high quality chat support available from 9 to 6. This feature has saved me on multiple occassions and is one of the reasons why I encourage other developers to switch to Looker. The tool is very versatile and comes with a dashboard that can be implemented for operations and executive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't say anything that I dislike about the software. That said, there is always room for improvement.

Looker enables every team to evaluate their own data without having a data expert running the show. It also has an executive dashboard which is perfect for the exec team.
