Looker makes it so much easy to accees transactional and customer data. Whether it's making dashboards or charts, our team in the marketing department is capable of leveraging insights on our current customers, their trends, and purchase history compared to BigQuery.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's really simple for a business user to navigate with the tool. But that will all come down to well the technical expert sets things up. To make modifications or include new measures or dimensions on how data can be grouped, you'll require the assistance of technical support. Sadly, they're frequently not available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker assisted us in making accurate reports on past and present sales performance in varying dimensions. WE can now streamline our own reporting processes. In the area of marketing, we were able to comprehend better on our customer LTV and identification of customer segments opportunity.
