What are the best aspects of this product?

After doing a bit of setup, Looker lets you model any relevant data/metrics swiftly for business. We're using it to be updated with information regarding engagement and SasS application use. Their displays and graphs are visually appealing. They can easily be set up and modified.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In basic use cases, I was hoping Looker can automatically generate scheme for the end user. This would ensure the setup process would be much easier. At the same time, nothing would be left out or anything that would be concern wouldn't be missed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looker gives us some much needed transparency when it comes the performance and usage of our product. It gives engineers the ablity make visual language for business users. That way, they can utilize the answers they have to just about any question being thrown at them.
