What are the best aspects of this product?

What makes M-Files an excellent tool are its ability to centralize information without being tied to a single database or data source. It is also beneficial because of its ability to offer more value to the business and its capability to cut down redundant tasks. Moreover, it has a wide array of connectors to interface it with other software. It has other functionalities that are helpful as well such as electronic signature and data capture. And of course, I have to mention that it is seamlessly and tightly integrated with Windows and Microsoft Office. On top of it all, M-Files has a first-rate support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

M-Files is not the best when it comes to user experience in the ECM niche. It is also problematic in terms of responsiveness on web browsers. Also, M-Files leaves a lot of networking and configuration on the client rather than helping them set those up properly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Centralization of data and migration to a paperless work environment.
