What are the best aspects of this product?

Magento also has an amazing selection of customizable templates! I love how the app gives freedom for users to edit codes to make our website more like our brand. Other apps don't allow this so we had to stick with their bland templates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Magento is not actually beginner-friendly. It would take time to master it especially when it comes to design and integration. Even with customer support's help, it's still not easy. One must really learn it on his own to get used to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app provides accurate and clear analytics of what's going on on our website. These data allow us to plan and strategize accordingly which resulted in more sales!
