I like its Admin panel and product management feature. Also, there are great features for product and order management, checkout process, promotions and recommendations and they are easily customizable. In addition, there are lot of available plugins and it offers great community which is essential for running our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bugs and its Magento 2 runs very slowly.

We run chocolate store and we have found that Magento is highly essential for our business and perfect match for our products.
