What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, Magento is great platform for small to middle size businesses, it provides everything you need for running your business. This platform contains everything from customer management, customizable products, downloadable products, multi lang. Support, customizable checkout opt, coupons to multi store support. It has huge amount of connects, themes and options so you can customize it accroding to your needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you don’t have some tech-skills you’ll have some troubles in using it, because it is not user friendly solution. Also, when new version is released some plugins may act incompatible. However, once you learn how this product works you’ll experience its benefits for your e-commerce store.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our job is to develop e-commerce stores for our clients, and we are able to provide them e-commerce sales and support. It helps us to grow our e-commerce market and I can see that our customers love this platform.
