What are the best aspects of this product?
Friendliest interface of all the email clients I've used. Very easy to manage multiple email accounts on one screen. Fully customizable. Another thing that I found formidable was the self-configuration of the accounts as soon as we entered them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Until now, nothing!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I do not know what to say. I am totally satisfied!

I had a problem in the operation of one of my email accounts (from the company I work for) and in an email communication with Mailbird support they were patiently giving options until they found the solution.
