Mailbird is a feature-packed, Windows-based email management software that can be used by businesses of any size. The platform comes with a simple interface and a lot of customization options. What Problems Will Mailbird Solve?

Problem #1: Multiple Calendars Management

Managing multiple calendars comes with a set of challenges and confusion. There could be missed schedules or double booking. To help you avoid these problems, Mailbird delivers a native calendar that lets you sync multiple calendars in one platform. This feature comes with two columns. The left column is for the menu where all added accounts can be seen while the right column shows all the events of the selected account on the left column. The platform supports Google, Outlook, and Exchange. You can add an account to Mailbird and the calendar from the added account will be synced with the platform. Hence, you can view and manage all your schedule from one location. 

Problem #2 Unified Inbox with Advanced Search

If you received an email from your superior saying he or she cannot find a certain email, Mailbird will help you find it with ease in the unified inbox using the advance search capability. You can simply go to the search bar in your unified account or use the windows to refine your search. You’ll see a list of results with different colors which means all accounts are searched through. After you find the email, you can easily forward it to the recipient.

PROS: Very intuitive and pleasant UI, packed with features but not overwhelming to use, great multi-account management, and the app integration (Google Calendar, To-do, Google Docs & Drive, Evernote, Asana, Trello, etc.) makes productivity such a seamless experience. Switched from Thunderbird, which as an advanced user, I love and have used for years, but while very configurable, it's a bit outdated, clunky, and tedious to set up. Mailbird provides everything I need and is excellent value, not to mention the developers are very active in improving the product and customer service is excellent.

CONS: I had some initial stability issues but they were swiftly corrected by the devs. The only thing I miss is perhaps more customization for advanced users.

CONS: Maybe they can improve the native calendar and could create a mixed calendar accounts like the unifed email inbox (anyway its perfect, you can see all the accounts in the same place).

PROS: Awesome tech support Timely updates New features roll out quickly It's better than MS Outlook crap by far, for what I use it for. Syncs with Google mail and calendar with zero issues

CONS: The settings window is unresponsive for about 5-6 secs after it launches

PROS: Simple and yet fantastic in managing multiple email accounts. Apart from email, multiple calendars, To do from different accounts can be integrated. I mean it really made my emails looking cleaner in spite of me being lousy in organizing my files / emails.

CONS: I don't know what should I complain about. Few minor aesthetic points like when an email arrives, the notification doesn't say it in which account (yahoo, gmail or what), the fonts & background of menu panel is not greatly customizable. The Mailbird team is already looking into these in their future releases.

PROS: Friendliest interface of all the email clients I've used. Very easy to manage multiple email accounts on one screen. Fully customizable. Another thing that I found formidable was the self-configuration of the accounts as soon as we entered them.

PROS: Mailbird does just about everything you could ever ask an email client to do. They just recently implemented moving emails between accounts just like in Outlook. You have access to many 3rd party addons as well. The unified Inbox is salvation for those of us that handle many accounts.

CONS: Complete Google integration with labels is a work in progress but shouldn't be an issue to keep anyone from using Mailbird.

PROS: Simplifies the email process significantly by unifying multiple emails accounts. Also includes calendar integration making a one-stop email solution. Very easy to use. single or combined view of mail accounts.

CONS: Each mail account has it's own folder/file structure and need to convert to EML if coming from Outlook and its PST file/folder structure. Outlook allows additional PST file/folders via a separate "data" folder, so one can keep mail from any mail account in one place for reference and documentation (software licenses and other email from online purchases, etc. regardless of what mail account the original message was received. Since these PST files reside on your PC you have permanent storage of sent and received emails from all accounts in one place in one file folder structure. That way you don't have to rely on the email account and any limitations they may have on message storage and retention.
