By far the best email client on the market

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unified inbox, great sorting and organizational features, tons of add-ons, themes, customizability, the ability to drag messages between accounts. Mailbird has all of the features that Outlook was always missing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A dark mode for the calendar and settings menu. Themes and dark mode work flawlessly everywhere else in Mailbird, but the calendar and settings menu are still white.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using multiple email accounts is incredibly difficult to manage in Outlook, which has no unified inbox and starts to lag and crash once you have 6 accounts. Mailbird handles many accounts without issue, and the unified inbox works great with easy-to-detect account marking features. I will never go back to Outlook.
