PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Clean and intuative UI with builtin apps such as WhatsApp, whcih I use a lot while working from home to communicate with colleagues. Mailbird also makes it really easy to manage multiple email accounts, and the unified inbox is great, all my personal emails are part of the ubnified inbox whoch makes management easier while keeping a seperation between work and personal life easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app does lack some features, built in spam filter is one, but most mail providers have these in their web interfaces now so not massive issue.
Howeve, the Mailbird team are constantly adding more features on a pretty regular basis.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Junk mail and ability to set up multiple unified inboxes to further help seperate and manage multipe emails accounts (Personal, Work and Freelancing etc).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fast easy to use mail client with excellent feature set. Make workiong from home in the global pandemic much easier.
