PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very intuitive and pleasant UI, packed with features but not overwhelming to use, great multi-account management, and the app integration (Google Calendar, To-do, Google Docs & Drive, Evernote, Asana, Trello, etc.) makes productivity such a seamless experience. Switched from Thunderbird, which as an advanced user, I love and have used for years, but while very configurable, it's a bit outdated, clunky, and tedious to set up. Mailbird provides everything I need and is excellent value, not to mention the developers are very active in improving the product and customer service is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some initial stability issues but they were swiftly corrected by the devs. The only thing I miss is perhaps more customization for advanced users.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to manually sort folder order, more customization options for power users, a "search" feature within the app's settings.

Multi-account management, a more intuitive, modern user experience and integration with productivity apps
