What are the best aspects of this product?
Lots of features, Advantage Search (implemented lately) has it all ans can connect directly from within mailbird to facebook, whatsapp and Linkdln.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
to many Bugs
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
having a big archive is importent to keep documents in vue. It should be a big archive keeping mail for 5 years at least.

Its a good mail application good search that let us find old mails featering the archives.
Having a way to put strars on emails sorted by account, that helped find mails quickly.
