What are the best aspects of this product?

I have long been looking for an alternative to ms outlook, and I finally found it. App has a lot of functins and integrations, it's simply to use and has a clearly emails view

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some bugs, but team works great and a lot is now fixed.
