PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simplifies the email process significantly by unifying multiple emails accounts. Also includes calendar integration making a one-stop email solution. Very easy to use. single or combined view of mail accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Each mail account has it's own folder/file structure and need to convert to EML if coming from Outlook and its PST file/folder structure. Outlook allows additional PST file/folders via a separate "data" folder, so one can keep mail from any mail account in one place for reference and documentation (software licenses and other email from online purchases, etc. regardless of what mail account the original message was received. Since these PST files reside on your PC you have permanent storage of sent and received emails from all accounts in one place in one file folder structure. That way you don't have to rely on the email account and any limitations they may have on message storage and retention.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to add a "personal PST" or folder/file data file (as Outlook does) that isn't bound by any mail service storage limitations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Best non-Outlook email client bar none. Tried them all (Thunderbird, etc.) and paid mail clients and nothing comes close.
