What are the best aspects of this product?
Mailbird does just about everything you could ever ask an email client to do. They just recently implemented moving emails between accounts just like in Outlook. You have access to many 3rd party addons as well. The unified Inbox is salvation for those of us that handle many accounts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Complete Google integration with labels is a work in progress but shouldn't be an issue to keep anyone from using Mailbird.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Mailbird in the last few months has given Mailbird Business users all the tools needed to increase workflow. Really can't ask for anything else.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As mentioned above, the lack of a unified Inbox in Outlook created a slow down in productivity. The unified Inbox solves that problem.
