What are the best aspects of this product?
Being able to monitor multiple email accounts in a single application is great. I monitor about 10 email accounts and I can see the emails in each separate account or aggregated as a whole, as if one account. I can also move emails into and out of each account's sub-folder system, which helps organization. Another final feature that I find helpful is being able to change the send-from account to another account within a thread, letting me respond from a more appropriate account. I am certain that there are other, more advanced features (and apps accessible) within Mailbird, but I generally use it for email management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can only think of a couple of things that could improve: having more composition tools for text editing, line spacing, etc., and having an undo feature. What's built in now is certainly okay, but there is always room for improvement
