What are the best aspects of this product?

Awesome tech support
Timely updates
New features roll out quickly
It's better than MS Outlook crap by far, for what I use it for.
Syncs with Google mail and calendar with zero issues

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The settings window is unresponsive for about 5-6 secs after it launches

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see right-clicking on a folder with a pop-up menu to to clear that folder.
Also I'd like to see a FULL DARK MODE, and I understand that is coming, we'll see.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Former user of MS Outlook 2007. At home the 2007 version became unusable, constant headaches and it's now removed from all pc's.
Have you ever tried to get tech support from Microsoft? No thanks.
